How does the WIOCC one-stop-shop concept work?
In a ‘traditional’ model of service provision, a service provider needing connectivity to locations in a number of countries would have to negotiate contracts, support arrangements, etc. with service providers in each country. However, with a One-Stop-Shop, WIOCC will offer an end-to-end contract that covers all aspect of the service required by the customer for connectivity.
