The WindChoice charge is added to your monthly PSO bill, replacing the Fuel Cost Adjustment (FCA)- that piece of PSO’s fuel-cost recovery that varies by monthly usage. For every block of WindChoice energy you purchase that same amount of energy is subtracted from the total kWhs that are covered by the regular FCA.
