How does the WC Deductible Program work?
Employers who participate in the WC Deductible Program will be assigned a deductible credit (percentage), determined by the individual employers information and the employers elected per-injury deductible amount. The deductible credit will be applied to the employers premium rate. The premium rate is the industry base rate adjusted by the employers Experience Modification Rating and safety discount.
