How does the Walk differ from the overall project?
The walk is confined to the Kamloops campus of TRU; the project extends to the City of Kamloops, the City of Merritt, and to TRU branch campuses at Williams Lake, 100 Mile House, Ashcroft, and Chase. It is possible to walk between the TRU Kamloops campus and the sign indicating the scale distance to the nearest star, but no marked route exists. It is not practical to create a walk linking the branch campuses because of the very considerable distances that separate them. Note however that the branch campus descriptions always note the distance to our Solar system (located in Kamloops) and that the models and descriptions located at the branch campuses only have full meaning within the context of the model as a whole.
