How does the VSPDT Client Survey work?
All VSPDT members are welcome to invite their dog training clients to complete an online VSPDT Client Feedback Survey. This short survey provides trainers with valuable feedback directly from their clients regarding the client’s opinion of their overall experience, training methods, professionalism, and expertise. The survey also provides a built-in testimonial generator which provides the trainer with valuable quotes and recommendations from past clients which they can use in future marketing materials. Clients are encouraged to complete the survey due to the fact that all respondents are automatically entered into a quarterly drawing to win a signed copy of Victoria’ book (or other similar promotional material).
