The process is broken down into stages which ensure that our client’s remain fully updated and consulted with the progress of the project. Stage 1 We take a brief description of the scheme. Our client supplies information to enable us to quote. Information may include PDF files of plans, elevations, cad files and sketches. We supply a quotation via post or email (if deadlines are imminent) including suggested camera angles if for visuals. Stage 2 Following agreement of our quotation, terms & conditions, we require the most current Cad plans and elevations, finishes specification, and any other appropriate information. Stage 3 A 3D model is produced and camera positions located as per agreed views. This is then supplied to the client for technical sign-off Once sign-off is given we proceed to texture & light the model. The model is then sent to the client for materials sign-off Finally, when we have received material sign-off the image is finished, camera matched if located in photograp
