How does the valet parking program work?
Woodrun Five’s parking valet program for Townhouses #1-#33 keeps firelanes clear and maintains peaceful and skiable streets. Parking is strictly limited to 15 minutes for loading and unloading only in designated pullouts. This is a Fire Department requirement. Covered assigned parking is in the carports across Wood Road. If you do not wish to park your car yourself, our valet will be happy to park it for you and return it to you when you need it. You control your car keys. This service is included; tipping is not expected. Townhouses #34-45 park their own vehicles in assigned spaces near the residences and in overflow parking lots.
