How does the UrbaCity Challenge work?
A. The race begins at 10:00 am and all participants must cross the finish line by 2:00 pm. Arrive at Save-on-Foods Memorial Centre to Check In and pick up your Race Package between 9:00 – 9:30 am. At 9:30 we will be running through all the rules with the team. You need to be completely registered prior to that. All teams will receive identical Race Packages including maps, instructions, clue sheets and team passport – all personalized with your team number. The Race Pass identifies your team number (randomly assigned). There will be a starting challenge inside the arena and you will be allowed to leave only after accomplishing your challenge and check out. You will have 4 hours to complete as many challenges and checkpoints within the time limit. You will be gaining points from navigation and from accomplishing the surprise challenges.
