The NE region of Bellaire (includes households East of I-610 and North of Bellaire Blvd.) will begin curbside recycling around June 7th, serving as a training ground for approximately 90 days. Any improvements gleaned from the first phase will be included in the next phase. The rest of Bellaire will begin curbside recycling service around September 6th.
