How does the transfer of contract responsibility work?
From experience most transfers can be made over the phone. If you are in the same city, some providers require you to visit a local corporate store. The transfer process is similar for all cellular providers. The individual wishing to take over the contract submits a credit application to the service provider by phone or going to a corporate store. They will review credit standing of member assuming contract. If approved, transfer of responsibility forms are prepared and signed by the CellularSwap.com member getting out and the member who is assuming the contract. The transfer is completed when the forms are signed.
