How does the TraceAssured solution work?
TraceAssured works on a simple building block principle. Any process has one or more inputs and one or more outputs. Each input and output is given a TraceAssured barcode that is scanned into the next process or printed out of the current process. An output from one process usually becomes an input to another process. The act of printing or scanning a barcode sends the necessary traceability data to TraceAssured. When a trace is required, the inputs and outputs are joined up by TraceAssured and the information is presented in a way that is easy to understand.
