Returns of Torlen Professional Products are based on a simple warranty policy. We have a One Year Warranty on all Torlen Professional Products. To return or exchange any Torlen Professional Product within one year of its purchase, simply send in a $15 check with the original receipt and we will exchange your product for a brand new one. To return or exchange any Torlen Professional Product after one year of purchase, send in a $40 check with the original receipt and we will exchange your product for a brand new one.
