How does the token (GoID) system work?
When you log into your account, you will receive a prompt to enter a six-digit code after your normal user name and password. This six-digit number displays on the GoID device (a/k/a token) that generates a new number every 60 seconds. It is an unpredictable password that is good for only one use and then automatically changes itself. You must enter the unique GoID code each time you log into your account. This way even if your password falls into the wrong hands your account is not at risk, because you cannot access online without the code.
