How does the time change affect the HBP?

As most years, the time change takes place on Sunday, November 2nd at 2:00am. This does not affect the Halloween Bus Party s schedule of events. It also does not add an hour to our lineup. Bars will close at normal times and the time change will go into effect after the bars are closed.
