How does the Time and Labor Module integrate with the Payroll Module?
• The Time and Labor Module is used to capture time and labor information for hourly wage and non-exempt employees. This will eliminate the manual time entry currently performed by the payroll users. Employees will enter their worked time and managers will then approve the reported time. The NA Payroll Module will load the approved time on the paysheet, calculate the earnings, and send total worked hours and earned pay to CIPPS. • The PeopleSoft North American Payroll Module loads time from the Time and Labor Module and calculates the value for time worked to earnings. The Time and Labor, Special Pay (recurring and one-time), and General Deduction Override (recurring and one-time) will be sent to CIPPS.
