How does the tiebreaker work?
When you are asked to provide a tiebreaker, you should predict what the combined score of the final (National Championship) game will be and enter that number. If you think Team A will score 75 points and Team B will score 70 points, you should enter 145 in the tiebreak field. After all the games have been played, we will then calculate how close you were to the actual combined final score. In the case of any ties, the person with the lowest differential (the person who was closest in their prediction) will be the winner. For the Field of 16 and Field of 4, the predicted total points in the National Championship Game will be used to break any ties. If players continue to be tied for the Field of 16 and Field of 4, the player closest to the actual number of rebounds by both teams in the National Championship Game will be determined the winner.
