How does the Third-Party Shipper for Canadian and Foreign orders work?
The Third-Party Shipper picks up packages and letter mail once a week from Record Research after we have processed your order. Within 24-48 hours, the Third-Party Shipper sorts according to destination country, combines with packages and letter mail from other area companies, and ships through the postal system to the destination country. Once in the destination country, the local postal system takes over and is delivered to you. Record Research utilizes ISAL (International Surface AirLift) on packages up to 4#; Standard M-bag on packages more than 4#. Transit time averages 21-60 days (Transit time is after leaving the Third-Party Shipper). For expedited service via Priority Mail International (7-14 day transit time), please contact Record Research via email at books@recordresearch.com or via phone at 262-251-5408 for a rate quote and/or to place your order.
