How does the Teksavers 24 Hour Replacement Warranty work?
The Teksavers 24 Hour Hardware Replacement warranty, which is included on all used networking hardware (excludes PCs and laptops), ensures that in the event of a product failure, a product replacement will be sent to you within 24-hours of you notifying Teksavers of the failure. It is important to understand that this policy is for equipment that is in our inventory only. If we do not have the product in our inventory we will do everything possible to get a product sourced from a 3rd party and delivered to you as soon as possible.
