How does the technical assistance/coaching aspect of Success Measures work?
Technical assistance/coaching services are offered to reinforce the learning from each workshop and support participants in carrying out the stakeholder involvement, data collection and data analysis activities needed to conduct a Success Measures evaluation. Generally this coaching will be conducted by the Success Measures staff members or consultants that serve as the trainers in the Success Measures training workshops you attend. Your organization will be assigned a coach who will be available to you for one-on-one support as well as coaching in a peer learning setting. Following each of the three (3) workshops, each participating organization may draw on its coach for up to 16 hours of support delivered by phone, e-mail, and web-conferencing.
