How does the Task Force intend to process and get input from all College constituencies?
The Task Force has retained Dr. Patricia Arrandando’s consulting firm, which has met with individuals and groups from the faculty, administration and staff and students within our community to access the current campus climate with regard to diversity. Using the information gathered in these initial sessions, the consultants have helped the Task Force develop a questionnaire, which will in turn allow us to articulate our needs, and help us achieve the goals established by Father McFarland. We intend to circulate the questionnaire later this semester.
