How does the syndication process work?
Its a closely guarded secret (ssssh). We could tell you, but then we’d have to… Just kidding. Our syndication process is a result of proprietary agreements through our service providers so every time we create a website/virtual tour/classified ad, that information is captured and sent to all of the syndication partners’ websites in our program for immediate posting. Pretty darn cool, huh? I am a member of realtor.com. Can I upload my website/virtual tour there too? Absolutely. We are an authorized PicturepathTM Provider, so we can automatically upload your virtual tour or your website to realtor.com and its a ridiculously long list of distribution network sites in addition to all of our syndication partner sites. Talk about serious exposure!! The only catch here is if you are not a Showcase member of realtor.com, it costs $25 for the upload. If you are a Showcase member, it’s FREE!
