How does the Sweet Swing Trainer unit enhance flexibility?
Using the trainer to increase flexibility is really a plus for developing a solid golf swing. If one side of the body is tighter or weaker than the other, the weaker side will be dominated by the more flexible or stronger side and the swing arc will break down. The body, arms, legs and hands cannot work in unison if some parts are stiff and immobilized. Use the 8 lb. tension when working specifically to enhance movement mobility.
