Because learning is first done by ear, a student can begin study much earlier then in the traditional method. The parent plays a much more active role by attending lessons and by practicing with the child at home. At what age can my child begin lessons? I have taught children as young as three. Before starting instruction, I will ask you and your child to come and observe another child’s lesson.
