How does the Surgery Scheduling Request Module work?
Your office staff sends a booking request to the surgical facility and the facility confirms/requests a reschedule of the surgery with your office via an online portal. Upon confirmation, a HIPAA compliant confirmation simultaneously goes to your patient via email which also provides instructions and a link for them to create a Medical Passport. The scheduling application is customized for each office. Each surgeon’s surgical cases are listed in a template format. An audit trail shows “who, what, when” for each surgical booking request and each booking confirmation.
