Upon initial review of the decision, it does not appear that the decision will impact the facility study process. The District study utilizes ethnicity as only one of thirteen variables for the decision process. As various legal experts review the ruling and provide greater analysis it will be more apparent if the decision has any bearing on the operations of the District both currently and through the facility study.
