How does the Summer 4-Week Crew(s) schedule work?

The crewmembers hired for the Summer 4-Week crews will be out in the field for the entire four weeks. Those crews will work 4 32 hour work weeks and then on weekends those crews will head to the closest town to take showers, do laundry, do something fun and go on a educational field trip.
