• Once the Proposal has been reviewed, OCGA/SIO will call and/or e-mail the department/ORU contact listed on the RES form with any necessary or suggested changes and/or corrections • Once these changes have been completed OCGA/SIO will then request an e-mail from the department /ORU contact confirming that all parties agree the proposal is ready for submission. • OCGA/SIO will then electronically submit the proposal to NSF and provide a confirming e-mail to the administrative contact that the proposal has been submitted.
