How does the Student Loan Repayment Program work?

0

You may be eligible for repayment of Federally-insured student loans as a retention incentive after one year of employment with the NRC. You can be approved for up to $60,000 total and receive up to $10,000 per year. Payments are made directly to your student loan lender at a rate up to $10,000 per year (taxed) for a maximum total of $60,000. There is a three-year service agreement obligating you to remain with the NRC for each student loan payment. However, yearly payments incur concurrent, not consecutive, service obligations.
