How does the spray tan work?
Our spray tan, called the “Versa Sap”, is a UV-free way to get a tan. The solution has three components – DHA, bronzers, and Aloe Vera. The DHA compound is what reacts with the amino acids in the skin to produce the appearance of a golden brown color that will last about 5-7 days. The Aloe Vera is a natural moisturizer to leave your skin feeling silky and smooth. The bronzer is the immediate color that tints your skin and any excess of this will be rinsed away the next time you shower. These ingredients work together to give you a beautiful golden brown tan, never “orange” or streaky! You will want to wait about 4-6 hours before you shower to let the DHA process into your skin.
