How does the special return policy work?
Be sure to use your Sears your rewards card every time you shop. If you want to return an item and have lost your receipt, but you used your Sears your rewards card when you purchased the item, the Sears Sales Associate will be able to look up your original receipt for you. Most items can be returned in its original packaging within 90 days of your purchase (30 days for Home Electronics, Customized Jewelry and Mattresses).
