The Solitaire duplicates the SID. It is recommended that a SID changer be installed on the master drive, so that the next time the target is booted-up, all SID’s will be replaced with fresh ones. The user manual describes this process in detail. Any one of a number of freeware and for-fee SID changers can be used.
