How does the Smart-Transfer® program work?
Once the funds are your account, you can use your card either for long distance calling (from anywhere in North America to anywhere in the world) or for money remittances. Along with the card you are provided with a USERID and a temporary PASSWORD and PIN number. • For long distance calling dial the access number on the back of your card and follow the voice prompt. Be aware you will need your PIN number for getting connected. • Money remittance can be done through your Smart-Transfer® account through the INTERNET at https://www.smart-transfer.com/home (you will need your USERID and PASSWORD). Also your transactions can be carried out by phone with assistance of one of our CSR representatives. NOTE: Both your PASSWORD and PIN number, can be changed as many times as you want by login in your INTERNET account.
