We have a standard group “skins” pot every day that we tee it up. At the beginning of the week I collect $10 per man for every day that he’ll be in the skins pot. Additionally, Golf Desk (our packager) contributes $800 for every 20 golfers booked with our group. Last year we had $1,500 in skins given out and I’ll predict $2,500 this year.
