How does the SEPTICARE guarantee work?
We guarantee that SEPTICARE is effective in maintaining your septic system if used as directed. If you experience any problems with your septic tank or cesspool or you require repairs to the leach fields as a result of the effectiveness of SEPTICARE , we will refund the full purchase price. The guarantee is valid for as long as you use SEPTICARE . This guarantee covers the use of SEPTICARE to maintain a fully functioning system. If your account is in good standing, we will issue you an authorization number. After authorization, have the repairs made by a licensed plumber and send us a copy of the paid invoice with a detailed explanation of the repairs made. The guarantee does not cover the cost of your septic system repairs. This guarantee does not cover new owners of property unless within 30 days of the title transfer date, you request a guarantee transfer form and return it to SEPTICARE within 15 days.
