A seder meal *properly done* by Jewish Christians can help Christians better understand how the events of the Passover pointed forward to the salvation we have in Christ. I suppose there are aspects of it that can be informative about the Eucharist in particular; but overall, this is not the real focus of the meal. The events of the Passover have more to do with our bondage to sin, Christ’s perfect sacrifice, and our liberation from sin through the sacrament of Baptism. The best place to look in the Old Testament for Eucharistic lessons would be the temple ceremonies. It is best not to actually celebrate the Eucharist in a seder meal, for a variety of reasons. For one thing, the Eucharist has always been a much more frequent observance, and there is no evidence that the early Church followed the pattern of the seder meal.
