How does the security deposit work?
Your security deposit paid at the time of booking will be returned within 4 weeks of your return, subject to confirmation with the Management Company that the villa and its contents are in the same condition as on your arrival. Any damage, breakages, excessive use of utilities and/or leaving the villa in such condition that warrants extra cleaning will be made good from your security deposit along with an administration charge.
