The homeownership program helps qualified Section 8 participants secure their dream of homeownership. The program allows families to use their Housing Choice rental subsidy as a mortgage subsidy, provided they meet certain qualifications. In order to participant in the Housing Choice Voucher Homeownership Program you must enroll in the Family Self Sufficiency program.
