How does the scoring process work?
Every time a user promotes an idea, the score on the idea is enhanced by 10 points. Contrary, when an idea is demoted, it loses 1 point. Consequently, the score gives an indication how well-liked the idea is. Please note: as you click the corresponding icon next to the idea (for promoting or demoting), the score will be immediately counted. Ideas that are being often promoted and demoted will be displayed in a separate list, since those controversial ideas are often the most interesting ones.
