How does the Sauna Work?

Well, the good news is that there is no installation, no plumbing and no specialised electrical connection required. Simply fill the steamer with water and inflate the steam bathtub with the pump supplied. Ordinarily this takes about 5 minutes. Place a chair (not supplied) in the sauna and then connect the steamer to the bathtub. Then, plug the steamer into the plug socket, sit back and enjoy. Steam at about 45 degree’s Centigrade is produced from the inflatable steamer that is controlled by its own timer and introduced into the totally enclosed bathtub. You do however have useful ‘hand holes’ which allow a book or magazine to be read whilst enjoying the bath. The benefits: • Relaxes tired and aching muscles. • Relieves joints and muscle pains. • Improves circulation. • Burns calories. • Helps keep skin healthy. • Improves body tone. • Temporary relief for arthritis and rheumatism. • Relieves stiffness and relaxes the body. • Helps aid sleep. • Improves body health and fitness.
