How does the sanction process work?
There are several steps in the sanction process. Before a sanction can be imposed, the county must follow all the steps discussed below correctly. The county must send you a Notice of Action, informing you that you failed to participate in your assigned activity. The letter will give you an appointment time to meet with your County Case Manager, in order to discuss why you did not comply.
