The manual scrub wand is a good cleaning tool for cleaning lightly soiled carpet. I own one I use it occasionally. The wand is not suitable for cleaning heavily soiled carpet. Cleaning results depend upon the strength and stamina. Cleaning with a scrub wand is hard work. The Rotovac is an electric power scrubbing tool.
