How does the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process work?
A valid RMA number is required to ship equipment back to LunchByte Systems, Inc. The hardware warranty status will be determined at the time of the RMA request. If the hardware is under warranty (POS Order Update is in place) and it is determined that a repair is required, LBS will overnight a loaner unit to the district. The loaner unit will arrive with a shipping label and instructions to schedule the pickup of your hardware.
