How does the RMA process work?
If an item is to be returned, contact us immediately to discuss your RMA. If the error is due to a defect from a proof you approved, we will work with you to correct the problem. If you approved artwork and the product arrives as approved but not what you wanted, it is the customer’s responsibility to proof for spelling, grammar and layout. In cases where an order is rushed for a client and a proof is not available, the client understands that any incorrect information on or about the product is the responsibility of the client. If we find your claim to be valid, an RMA number will be issued and you may return the item to us for a refund. Refund is subject to restocking fee in some cases. Call us for details.
