How does the reservations process work?
We accept reservations on a first-come basis; we recommend that you make them well in advance to be assured of your preferred cabin and dates. We require a 25% Deposit at the time of registration. The remaining balance is due May 15, 2008. Deposits are non refundable except in the case of illness.Guests who cancel one month or more prior to their expected arrival will be responsible for 50% of the total fee if the resulting vacancy is not filled.Guests who cancel two weeks or less prior to their expected arrival will be responsible for 100% of the total fee if the resulting vacancy is not filled. Rates are not pro-rated for late arrival or early departure. You may register on line with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or by printing off the available Reservation Form in pdf format.We also accept phone reservations.
