How does the rental process work in terms of the deposit required and methods of payment accepted?
To rent equipment from Bradley Rentals, you will need a current driver’s license from which we will obtain the required customer information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, personal checks on local banks and cash. If you are using a credit card or debit card, your card will be charged for the amount of time you indicate you will be keeping the equipment. When the equipment is returned, your card will be charged for additional time out or credited for early return based on the actual amount of time you kept the equipment. If you use a personal check, you will be asked to make the check payable to Bradley Rentals and to sign the check. We will endorse the check “For Deposit Only/Account of Bradley Rentals” and retain the check in a safe place until the equipment is returned.
