How does the Refunds Claims service work?
Once we receive a claim form the customer will be allocated a highly experienced case worker who will process and validate the claim. He/She will liaise with HM Revenue and Customs on the taxpayers behalf and secure them the maximum refund possible. The case worker will also continue to keep them informed of the progress of their claim at regular intervals. Our completion times are among the fastest and they could receive a refund with 4 – 6 weeks. An upfront payment of up to 300 can also be paid under our Get Paid Now scheme.
