Employees visit the Help Wanted Board and use the search engine, at the bottom of each page, to search for shops in the state that they want to work in. They simply click on the name of the shop and the recruiting website for that shop owner is displayed. These websites make it easy for the employee to contact the shop owner and provide links that help the employee relocate to that particular shop. These websites are like a high tech ad for recruiting employees. The Shop Owners write their own recruiting text and can change their ad at the Recruiting Website as the need arises. • How many employees do you have registered?
