How does the Record of Authority get attached to the Aide Mmoire?
When the Estimates analyst prepares the Record of Authority for an Aide Memoire, they will generate a report of eligible technical adjustments, i.e., those endorsed since the cut-off date for the last Aide Mmoire and before the cut-off date for the current Aide Mmoire. The Estimates analyst will ensure that there is a reference from the Aide Memoire Record of Authority to any eligible technical adjustment Record of Authority and/or Authority Paragraph that requires Treasury Board approval . Note that not all technical adjustments require Treasury Board approval.
