A. Simply call Rawhide Fire Hose at 1-800-321-3715 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which you will write on the carton the hose is returned in. In ALL cases Rawhide Fire Hose customer service will contact you prior to repair to review the nature of the damage/repair and advise the best option.
