How does the Rapid Scheduling (“Auto Scheduling”) feature work?
Rapid scheduling allows team members to be grouped and scheduled every week, every-other week, or every 1st-5th week of the month. Assignments are automatically created and email notifications sent on a monthly sliding window. Once assignments are automatically created, they may be responded to or changed as any standard assignment within the system. The assignment reminders will also be sent prior to the event, just like the manual (“drag-and-drop”) scheduling system. NOTE: You must activate Rapid Scheduling before it automatically starts scheduling.
